The first Godzilla film was released in 1954 in Japanese. Decades later, the first major Hollywood Godzilla movie came out in 1998. Since then, there has been a lot of hype from fans around the world about the King of the Monsters.
For anyone who wants a Godzilla figurine for themselves, we’ve put together a list of coolest 3D prints of the famous monster. If you see a model from the list that you’d like but don’t have the means or desire to print it yourself, try Craftcloud. With range of materials and finishes, your Godzilla will be as terrifying as you can imagine!
Note that for the purposes of this article, we’ll be referring to Godzilla by he/him pronouns as in (most of) the Hollywood films, but we acknowledge there’s heated debate about this issue. And now, let’s see all the ways to print this monster safely in your home!
Statement lamps can add personality to any room. Enter this Godzilla one that’s displaying his powerful atomic breath. The model consists of separate pieces for the body, tail, and breath.
You can choose to print your Godzilla lamp in any color you’d like, though it’s recommended to print the spikes and the breath with transparent filament. The designer has provided all the instructions you’ll need for assembly.

This model depicts an angry Godzilla from the 1995 film Godzilla vs. Destroyer. A highlight of this model is the impressive spikes that are protruding from Godzilla. When printed as is, the monster should be about 300 mm tall (read: take a long time to print).
The designer printed the model in PLA but you can also use resin to bring out the details. It’s a multi-part print (26) and assembled to form the big Godzilla (220 x 300 x 500 mm). Of course this means you could print pieces in different colors, but that might take away from his ferocity!

This flexible Godzilla is the most kid-friendly so far. The legs, arms, and tail are printed separately and later easily assembled.
The designer has stated that no supports are needed and a maker said the pieces snapped together perfectly. If you’re worried about precision, try calibrating your printer before hand.

This is another toy Godzilla that’s a fast and easy print. The model design is like a puzzle, and both printing and assembly are quick compared to bulkier models. The Godzilla that you get from this print might not be as ferocious-looking, but it’s still a fun model to play with.
The best material to 3D print this model with is PLA. The designer has provided STLs of the individual pieces and also full plates of pre-arranged parts to print. You can print the various pieces individually if you want more color in your Godzilla, or else you can opt for a full plate that prints at one go and is ready to assemble directly. The designer recommends that you sand down some of the edges to ensure a proper fit.

What would Godzilla’s favorite snack be, other than a dose of radiation? Surely, not a cookie! Well, that doesn’t mean that we can’t have our favorite snack in Godzilla form.
You can scale this cookie cutter to any size. Since it will be touching food, it would be a good idea to use food-safe filament.

Mechagodzilla stands tall on the list of arch enemies of the Godzilla. First appearing in the 1974 movie Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, the mechanical monster gives a tough fight against the giant lizard. Its arsenal includes missiles firing from the toes and fingers. Additionally, Mechagodzilla’s head spins 360° and it even fires energy beams from its eyes and chest.
As these prints can be a bit challenging for your 3D printer, the designer included some simplified versions. There are also options for a shorter or longer tail! Whatever you choose, you’ll need to print with supports.
