Other than his enhanced physical attributes, the Mjolnir armor is what mainly makes Master Chief the super soldier he is, and of the armor, the helmet is most iconic. This award-winning model is a life-size replica of the in-game helmet, which means you can also wear it on your head. But don’t expect it to protect you from plasma beams.

The helmet’s design also includes LEDs, shedding light on the darkness of the halo rings. As expected, this model is in multiple parts, and you’re going to need supports to print it properly.

What better way to honor Master Chief’s great sacrifices for humanity than to have a printed bust of him in your room? The bust’s design is from the original Halo 2 when Master Chief had fewer creases on his forehead.

This print is a single part, and given the overhangs on the helmet, it requires supports. There’s also a full figure version among the model’s STL files.

The Arbiter (literally meaning “he who judges”) is a rank bestowed upon Covenant elites in times of extreme crisis. This model is of Thel ‘Vadamee, a disgraced commander and one of the main characters of Halo 2. You can have him on your desk, watching you all day every day. Don’t worry, he won’t judge.

The model is a single STL file, and you’re going to need supports to print it. To make it easier to print, it might be a good idea to slice the model into multiple parts.

The MA5B is perhaps the most recognizable weapon fielded by the UNSC during the Human–Covenant war. The MA5B was a major improvement to its predecessor, the MA5, and was later succeeded by the MA5C.

This full-size model is assembled using M3 bolts and features a movable trigger and a removable magazine. For good reason, the replica ends there; MA5B’s firepower is reserved for the gameplay. The model includes 50 parts, but as they are bolted together and not glued, the assembly isn’t too much of a challenge. Assembly instructions are available in the model’s zip file on Thingiverse.

The Type-51 Carbine, also known as the Covenant Carbine, is yet another Covenant weapon, but unlike others is based on radiation rather than plasma. This weapon is forged and used by the Sangheili in the Halo series.

This model is designed to be printed in 22 parts, and the designer recommends printing with PLA and using acrylic glue to put everything together. With a proper paint job, this 3D printed replica looks just like the in-game version brought into the real world!

Master Chief has done his part, saving the world throughout the years. Now, in retirement, he’ll save your pen from falling. Retired as he might be, he’ll still be wearing that Mjolnir armor to make sure your pen is in safe hands. Literally.

This Master Chief figure, suited up in his Halo 4 guise, looks best when colored. The model is a single file, designed to be printed with supports. You might need to do some post-processing on the hands to fit your pen of choice.
