God Killer Sword

If you’re going to take down the forces of evil, you’re going to need a cool weapon, right? What could possibly be more awesome than the God Killer sword? While it didn’t quite work out for her the way she would have liked, Wonder Woman still got good use of it, and it was certainly menacing, at least until it was destroyed.

While it does require supports on some pieces, the blade itself interlocks using a dovetail geometry for easy assembly.

What warrior is complete without her tiara? This 3D printable tiara, modeled after the one worn by Gal Gadot in the Wonder Woman movies, will make you the fiercest Amazonian princess around.

The designer has shared a video of the modeling process in Fusion 360, for those of you who’d like to learn the process of designing a costume element like this. There are two versions to download, one with thicker walls for strength. It should be noted that a brim has been added to the design, so no extra supports or rafts are necessary for a successful print.

The Lasso of Truth will keep you honest about your love for 3D printing (Source: johnmcwGeo via Thingiverse)

Although there are some legality issues surrounding 3D printing Lego figurines, that hasn’t stopped enterprising makers from expanding the world of Lego to include Diana and the rest of the DC characters.

These figures are about twice the size of normal Lego minifigures in order to ensure easy assembly and good reproduction of features. There are three choices for the leg parts, and there’s even an appropriately scaled lasso! The many parts can be printed in different colors to save on post-processing, but some assembly is required.

  • How printable/popular is it? This super-sized Lego Wonder Woman has 1,200 downloads and a confirmed make in PLA.

"Invisible" Jet

Image of: 6.
Everyone wants an invisible jet, until they have to find it again (Source: countspatula via Thingiverse)

I know what you’re thinking… How can you know what Wonder Woman’s invisible jet looks like if it’s permanently invisible? Well, you can “clearly” see it here in this video from the National Air and Space museum, so there should be no argument about what it looks like.

All joking aside, this translucent “invisible jet” makes a great cake topper as pictured, or just as a subtle display piece. Of course, printing this is a bit more difficult since it was meant to be printed in transparent resin, rather than in traditionally opaque FDM filaments, in order to keep its “invisibility” intact.

  • Who designed it? countspatula
  • How printable/popular is it? Owing to its difficulty of printing (due to it being invisible), there are only two confirmed makes, one that appears to be in resin and one with filament.
