One Cults3D designer has developed an incredibly exact (and cheap) 3D printed Simpsons house for download. 

Before the Kardashians or the Modern Family were on television, there was one family that stood out against the rest… probably because they were yellow. Even after 26 years of fame, the Simpsons continue to be one of the most recognizable pieces of pop culture, inside and outside the USA

Brazilian designer Paulo Bubolz has spent the last several weeks creating a faithful and thorough 3D printable design of the famed house, located on 742 Evergreen Terrace. His progress and story can be read on his page here. Rather than vaguely duplicating the house, Bubolz has gone to great lengths to be exact.

The 3D printed Simpsons house is currently available for purchase here for 2€ on Cults3D. Cults is an online marketplace and social network that brings creators of all kinds of levels together. Designs are shared either for free or a small fee. It’s probably one the cheapest and most detailed models out there. It is printing entirely in PLA, and has many many small pieces.

The minimum bed size for the 3D print should be 20 x 20 x 10, with a maximum nozzle diameter of 0.4mm. Supports are also built into the STL, and marked with a tab to make removal easier. Bubolz does note that printers should be checked to ensure proper calibration. Given the numerous small and detailed pieces, the printer and extruder should be functioning optimally.

Bubolz modeled the design on Sketchup and printed using a Protobot. If you consider yourself a big Simspons fan, but not big enough to design your own model from scratch, this is the print you need.
