Although much of what we carry is now digital, physical cards still hold a firm place in daily life. Whether it’s a gym keycard, hotel access, or a membership pass, most of us rely on physical cards. In fact, with hundreds of millions of cards in circulation, estimates suggest that each person carries at least 2 to 5 cards, keeping them relevant in a digital world.

Here’s an excellent design that helps you to carry them in one place. The Cascade Card Wallet V2 merges style and functionality with a refined, minimalist design. It holds up to six cards and includes an optional money clip for cash. Its durable construction is paired with a clever pop-up mechanism, making card access easy, quick, and surprisingly enjoyable. This wallet balances simplicity with modern elegance, perfect for anyone wanting a sleek alternative to bulky wallets.

Tips for Printing

This model is designed to print upright, with no need for supports. For best results, use PETG filament for durability and flexibility (PLA might be too brittle). Set your layer height to 0.2 mm for a good balance between detail and speed, and use a light adhesive on the bed to prevent shifting. The print should be ready in under an hour. After printing, a light sanding can help cards slide smoothly. If the case seems tight and the cards scrape against its walls, scale the model to 105%.
