First seen at Formnext in November, this large bed-slinger has a 420 x 420 x 500 mm build volume, self-levels, compensates for vibrations, and, crucially, can be used with Anycubic’s ACE Pro four-filament dryer/autoloader – meaning you can keep your filament in tip-top shape while printing massive multicolor prints.

Anycubic claims the Kobra 3 Max can be used with two ACE Pro units, allowing up to 8 filaments in a single print. The company has not yet released the 8-filament hub for this, though community-designed DIY options are already available.

A limited number of Kobra 3 Max Combo units are available for the preorder “founder’s” price of $599.
