During the “Make it NEO-Creality Summer Upgrade”-themed ceremony, the global 3D printing pioneer in 3D printing showcased tailor-made updates and significant improvements focused on enhancing the 3D printing experience for the end-user.
If you missed the event, we’ve got you covered on all the news. Here’s an overview of the new Ender-3 Neo series, HALOT-RAY resin 3D printer, a teaser for the new Creality Sonic Pad smart tablet, and more!
Aiming to improve the user experience of its flagship product line, Creality has developed three new editions of its popular Ender-3 series: Ender-3 Neo, Ender-3 V2 Neo, and Ender-3 Max Neo.
The Ender-3 Neo series is equipped with durable full-metal Bowden extruders, offering improved extrusion force and smoother filament feeding and retraction. Creality has also integrated the CR-Touch automatic leveling system with Z-axis compensation functions, providing a more hassle-free bed leveling experience. The addition of the Neo and the Ender-3 S1 series – Ender-3 S1, Ender-3 S1 Pro and Ender-3 S1 Plus – to the Ender lineup expands the capabilities of the manufacturer’s popular Ender 3 fleet.
Ender-3 Neo, an updated version of Ender-3 Pro, features a silent mainboard that reduces the noise created during the printing process. A compact wavy-fin heat sink significantly increases the surface area, allowing rapid heat dissipation and reducing clogging.
Ender-3 V2 Neo is the premium edition of Ender-3 V2. It has a 4.3-inch color screen with a brand new UI design that offers model preview features, making it easier to visualize what you want to print. With a print speed of up to 120mm/s, Ender-3 V2 Neo prides itself on being quick, user-friendly printer made for 3D printing beginners.
Ender-3 Max Neo, the full-scale upgraded version of Ender-3 Max, has a sizeable build volume of 300 x 300 x 320mm. Dual Z-axis and motors guarantee ultra-stable printing with high print precision and quality. A built-in 350W power supply has been added to enhance stability and print quality. The optimized wavy-fin heat sink is able to double the cooling effect.
The Neo series isn’t the only additions the to the Ender 3 family. In the near future, Creality is planning to launch Ender-5 S1, a premium version with a Sprite direct extruder and remarkably high print speed. The S1 is a more professional model engineered for engineers, designers, and small and medium enterprises.
Creality has recognized that many customers who want to achieve superior print performance sometimes trip up during the Klipper installation process. To address this issue, the manufacturer has come up with a novel solution in the form of a hardware accessory. Later this year, Creality will Sonic Pad, a highly integrated touchscreen smart tablet based on Klipper firmware.
Depending on the type of printer and filament being used, Creality Sonic Pad will increase the print speed up to two to five times without needing to run the firmware on Sneakernet or via an SD card. The smart tablet will also incorporate automatic bed levelling and vibration compensation feature controls, empowering users to optimize their printer and achieve higher performance.
Creality Sonic Pad can connect to Ender-3 V2, Ender-3 S1 and Ender-3 S1 Pro 3D printers with one click on the screen. For the rest of the Creality’s FDM printer line and even non-Creality machines, the connection is also simple and comes with straightforward instructions.
The availability of Ender-5 S1 and Creality Sonic Pad will be announced later on Creality’s Official Website (www.creality.com) and Creality Official Store (store.creality.com).
After two years of multiple iterations, Creality’s HALOT resin 3D printer line has made great strides with the second generation of the self-developed Integral Light Source technology. The new HALOT-RAY 3D printer is the result of this continuous innovation.
Equipped with a 9.25-inch touchscreen in 6k resolution, HALOT-RAY is designed for makers who want to 3D printer large-size models in incredible details. HALOT OS, the smart software that synchronizes the printer with multiple devices, allows for a seamless remote control experience.
The slicing software, HALOT BOX, enables users to edit and print models on the laptop via Wi-Fi. HALOT BOX was developed to optimize the printing experience as well, capable of detecting problems with the models and automatically repairing them before slicing.
Along with the exciting array of new 3D printers, Creality also announced the latest edition of its CR-Laser Falcon, a professional and user-friendly laser engraver.
Equipped with a 10W laser module, this engraver can cut through 12mm-thick wood board material in a single pass. It can even engrave objects as hard as stainless steel. The focal spot of the laser is compressed to 0.06mm, giving users the ability to achieve finer details. CR-Laser Falcon functions in both online and offline modes and is engineered with various safety protection features, guaranteeing safe and convenient use.
