Creality pulled back the curtain on the new K2 and K2 Pro 3D printers during its 11th anniversary live stream at Rapid + TCT 2025 in Detroit this week.

Specs-wise, the main differences are in build volume – on all axes, the K2 comes in at 260 mm while the K2 Pro is 300 mm – and the 60 ℃ active heated chamber that comes with the Pro, but is absent on the regular K2. The K2 Pro also boasts compatibility with Ethernet and boasts 32 GB of eMMC storage, whereas the K2 appears to be Wi-Fi only.

Both printers are compatible with up to four units of the Creality Filament System (CFS) for multi-material or multicolor printing and will be available as a combo with the system. Other notable features here include 300 °C extruders, step-servo motors on all axes, an “advanced cooling system”, three nozzle sizes, auto-calibration functionalities, onboard AI cameras, and a redesigned UI.

The announcement comes a year after Creality revealed the K2 Plus, a 350 x 350 x 350 mm printer that is essentially a scaled-up blend of the K2 and K2 Pro, with a few minor-ish differences (a 350 ℃ extruder, for instance).

The K2 and K2 Pro are eyeing a Q3 release date. No word on pricing, although we’d expect the K2 Plus to be the mid-tier option here, bracketed first by the K2, with the K2 Pro on the higher end. That’s all conjecture, of course, until more details emerge in the coming days or weeks.
