E3D has revealed a new product bundle and pricing model for its RapidChange Revo lineup, resulting in significant savings for the quick-change nozzle system regardless of your use case.

We’ve been fans of RapidChange Revo kits since the product line launched over two years ago for how it facilitates experimentation with nozzle varieties – from size to material – and helps avoid 3D printer damage during a common task. If you’ve ever mangled a thermistor cable or cracked a heater while hot-tightening a nozzle, you know what we’re talking about. So, we’re happy to see updates to the Revo offering that make it easier to pick up.

First, good guy E3D has slashed some Revo prices and said that it’s passing on savings from high volume production, optimized QC and process times, and improvements to its supply chain. The result is an average price drop of about 27% (depicted more specifically in the graphic below) for its HeaterCores and brass Revo nozzles.

Additionally, the company is making it easier and more affordable to purchase a Revo system for specific use cases by launching new bundles and a configurator to help users get set up quickly without needing to buy any superfluous parts – effectively reducing the overall cost even more.

“Over the past two years we’ve been super busy rolling out the full ecosystem,” E3D told All3DP. “Now that it’s complete we figured it was time to put everything together to create the product bundles that our customers actually want, for a more affordable price.”

At the same time, E3D is introducing free spares to its packs (even the entry-level “Starter Pack”), and introducing a 50% discount for users who need to replace parts broken by user error.
