It’s a cool piece of hardware, not least for experimenting with a new approach to motion systems in desktop 3D printing by dropping the belts for its X- and Y-axes and using “maglev” to whiz its printhead to up to 800 mm/s print speed via 22,000 mm/s of acceleration.
