Creality has released a new software update for its Klipper-based control tablet, the Creality Sonic Pad. Adding several newly configured Creality 3D printer profiles to the selection, the Sonic Pad is now also easier to use with non-Creality machines, thanks to a new “user-defined printer compilation function.”

The new update has also added resonance compensation for the Y-axis, with users’ ability to separately initiate Y- and X-axis compensation, as well as Mainsail LAN support and the publication of SSH information as part of the open source.

Full details of the software update are available on the company’s blog on the subject. The Creality Sonic Pad is currently available for purchase on Creality’s web store for $159.
