Phrozen has partially revealed a new resin 3D printer via a teaser email, with preorders set to open later this week.

Details for the Sonic Mighy Revo are fairly scarce so far, but we do know the machine will feature “smart” residue detection, failure detection, and a “24/7 mobile connection” – presumably referring to users’ ability to control the printer from the PhrozenGO app. There’s also auto-leveling, a “built-in heater” (which appears to be an enclosure heater), an air purifier, and a built-in exhaust vent to reduce or remove odors.

Preorders for the Sonic Mighty Revo run from Feb. 15 to 21. Users who place their orders on Phrozen’s US store can reserve a printer for $1,000 ($1,050 and €1,034 for the Global and EU stores, respectively).

Phrozen points users interested in staying informed to its Sonic Mighty Revo Facebook group dedicated to the machine. The printer’s product page on Phrozen’s website also contains a tiny bit more information, and we assume will be updated as details emerge in the coming days.
