The Anycubic Kobra, a 3D printer that All3DP named the best 3D printer under $300 after its review in April, is limboing to an even lower price. The impressive system is now available directly from Anycubic for just $225 during the manufacturer’s Black Friday sale.
During our review, we found the Kobra to be a reliable machine with an impressive direct extruder, and ABL that makes day-to-day printing tasks easy. We already praised the machine as having a “great bang-for-buck ratio” at its previous price of $299, so shaving another $74 from that price makes it a no-brainer.
The going rate for an Anycubic Kobra has fluctuated somewhat since our review, but it’s generally found between $250 and $319. Its current price of $225 is the lowest we’ve ever seen it.
Anycubic told All3DP the Kobra would have a listed sale price of $245 and require the code “BLACK3D” at checkout to shave off another $21, but the 3D printer was automatically added to the cart for $225 during testing with no option to enter the code. Go figure. Still, $225 is a great price for the quality of the machine.
