TwoTrees has placed a new CNC machine, the TTC-6050, up for pre-order, to be released in early January 2025.

The TTC-6050 arrives with a 500 W spindle motor that can achieve claimed speeds of up to 5,000 mm/min when cutting with wood. The machine is also compatible with acrylic, metal, and other materials, including carbon fiber.

Build-wise, the system uses ball screws and linear guides to guide the toolhead over a 600 mm x 500 mm x 100 mm cutting area that should give users plenty of room to work. In terms of safety, there are two front-placed infrared sensors that “detect human presence”, as well as spindle-mounted lighting that should make the machine a little easier to work with.

Users control the machine via a 3.5-inch touchscreen and can swap out the CNC spindle with a 20 W laser module, which is sold separately and enables laser cutting – but mind the open frame if you choose to go that route. There’s also compatibility with accessories like a fourth axis, dust collector, and router.

There are three phases to TTC-6050 pre-order period. The first runs until November 17, when the device will be priced at $1,299. The second takes place November 18-24 and offers a price of $1,599. From November 25 onwards, users can grab a TTC-6050 for its $1,799 MSRP.

You can find more about the TTC-6050, including full specs, on TwoTrees’ website. Or visit the company at Formnext in hall 12.1, booth B40. There – along with the TTC-450 Pro, a 460 x 460 x 80 mm CNC router focused on both “hobbyists and professionals” – you can see the TTC-6050 in action.
